If you read our previous post, you know we were thinking of crossing the pond to do something about the invasive grey squirrel population. Well, our pal, Blue, issued a veddy veddy different kind of invitation. She suggested that we attend the Royal Ascot Ball on Thursday. That sounded quite intriguing -- toodle pip and all that, you know. So, we decided to combine our trip -- first the Royal Ascot Ball and then, if some of our fellow square dogs and others will join us, a squirrel feast.
What say you, all? But first, the Royal Ascot Ball!!! (With thoughts of Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison...)
