The Ant and the Grasshopper?

It's pretty hot here today -- going up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit -- but we've been outside in our new fenced garden helping Dogdad with the planting. That is, I, Just Harry, have been helping. Mr. I'm Too Prissy to Get My Paws Dirty, used the time to relax in the shade and show off his recently cleaned molars.

Whatcha' going to do with a guy like that? Remember that old tale about the ant and the grasshopper?

Just Harry

  15. My mum said that she was in a pet store and their Gizmo was, no sign on his cage or anything...she didn't have the money to buy him and he was soooo tiny. She found out he was a long haired chihauhau..she is sure he came from a puppy mill here in Kansas...they are everywhere here...SO, she put him on her charge card and took him home..He was really close to a chow/husky she had and he died when he was 15 of cancer..it was very hard on the little guy mum says.
Now lil gizmo has cancer. He has survived two surgeries in the past three months.
